You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing WrapCart.com name or trademarks without the express written consent of WrapCart.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by WrapCart.com. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of WrapCart.com many web sites so long as the link does not portray WrapCart.com, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any WrapCart.com logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. WrapCart.com shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement / participation in any way on your own or through group/s of People, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).
REVIEWS, COMMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS
Visitors may post reviews, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. You will be liable to indemnify WrapCart.com for all claims resulting from content you supply which misleads public or provides a misleading opinion about WrapCart and its products (please refer defective product section mentioned below). WrapCart.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant WrapCart.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify WrapCart.com for all claims resulting from content you supply which misleads public or provides a misleading opinion about WrapCart and its products (please refer defective product section mentioned below). This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Mumbai.
TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTION
This site is controlled and operated by WrapCart.com. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which you receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause. All other trademarks referenced on WrapCart.com or on the products and services supplied by WrapCart.com are the properties of their respective owners. Wrapcart, the Wrapcart logo, Mighty Owl and the slogan We've got your phone's back are registered trademarks of WrapCart.
WrapCart is not affiliated with Alienware, Apple, ASUS, Google, boat, Dell, HTC, Huawei, Lenovo, LG Electronics, LG, Microsoft, Motorola, Nintendo, OnePlus, Redmi, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi, Blackberry, Infinix, Nokia, Realme or any other phone brands mentioned on the website. The use of any trade name or trademark is for identification and reference purposes only.
WrapCart.com tries to be as accurate as possible. However, WrapCart does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by on WrapCart.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), just mail us some images of the skins that you received within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will ship a replacement after discussing with the buyer. Life and fitting of the skin largely depends on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided in the package. In some cases, because of some inherent defect/wrong application procedures, the vinyl may very unlikely leave some residue on the device. The residue can be easily wiped off by warm wet cloth or a glass cleaner. In such cases, WrapCart assumes no responsibility of any damage caused or damage claims raised. Apart from delivering the best, our greatest priority is providing the best support to our customers. We’re at your disposal round the clock and we’ll do anything to get the job done ‘On Time!’. If you get any fitting or print issues with your order, WrapCart team will be happy to replace it with another one. We have noticed that some people take their concerns to social media handles in a way defamatory to WrapCart’s Brand name without discussing the same first with our team. This is highly condemned and necessary legal remedy will be sought against such action.
Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of WrapCart’s products, product’s purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact us promptly at the contact details given. You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:
- If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date.
- If www.wrapcart.com/ fails to ship the ordered products.
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged by us as soon as brought to our notice. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations as all products are custom made by us after receiving the orders. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason of minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation. WrapCart reserves the right to cancel any order that has been received including discontinuing any promotional coupon or offer.
If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Under such cases, buyer will be liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges, that are charged by the couriers for bringing the products back to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.

REPLACEMENTS FOR INCORRECTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order for the wrong product and want a replacement, you will have to return the initial package to us in an unused condition. Email us with the reason of your return and add necessary images of the product and the package received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return us the entire package. There will be no replacement for packages which are returned without email confirmation. Replacement reshipping will be processed after collection of reshipping fee of Rs.120 which is to be borne by the customer. For Products like Laptops, MacBook's, Sleeves (devices apart from mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs.220 collected from the Customer to resend the correct order. Once we receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, allow 6-7 business days for it to show up in your original payment source used. In some cases, it may take around 10-12 business days for the refunds to get credited in your payment source. Such replacements in case of incorrectly placed orders, are not available in case of international orders.
CUSTOM IMAGE ORDERS
In case customer wants any specific wallpaper/image printed on the wrap, liabilities arising from any copyright or other intellectual property violations will belong to the customer. WrapCart does not bear any responsibility regarding the confidentiality and possible misuse of the custom images being uploaded, however WrapCart has done its best to protect the privacy of such images.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless on WrapCart.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the 'Service Providers') from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

All communication relating to cancelation of order/replacement of order/refund for order should be done only via WrapCart's email id: email@example.com or the support contact number mentioned on our website (https://www.wrapcart.com) or WrapCart's official Instagram handle @wrap_cart. Any communication on any other impersonating numbers/channels may lead to theft or loss of personal data. WrapCart will not be responsible for any liability arising out of such situations.
WrapCart cannot always manually screen Content before it is displayed on the Website, and occasionally members may inadvertently or deliberately submit and display content that breaches this Agreement. Inappropriate Content includes, but is not limited to, Content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or company, or that defames or vilifies any person, people, races, religion or religious group, is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. WrapCart reserves the right to review, and if necessary, remove any Content from the Website or to cancel your account at its sole discretion, either because that content breaches this Agreement, or any applicable laws, or otherwise.
This means that you, and not WrapCart, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload for sale as products, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via our website. WrapCart does not control the Content posted via WrapCart services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using WrapCart services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will WrapCart be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via website.
