Refund policy
SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email and SMS with the tracking information for your order's shipment. The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time (1-2 days) : The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time (3-5 days) : The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located and where your package comes from. Shipments may get delayed because of covid restrictions in certain areas. If you want to know more information, please contact the customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible. Enjoy shopping! Please note that shipping costs do not include custom duty and other import commission charges in case of international orders (out of India). Such costs has to be borne by the customer himself and no reimbursement will be provided by WrapCart.
DEFECTIVE GOODS - SKINS & COVERS
If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), just mail us some images of the skins that you received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will ship a replacement after discussing with the buyer.
If the buyer does not like the product and wants to return the same, the amount will be refunded in form of store credits or gift card only upon deducting the return charges of 200 per item and return of the products. The buyer can return the products to the original shipping address or our team will arrange a return courier. Please note that return courier service depends on the courier company's service availability on the particular pin code.
Life and fitting of the skin largely depends on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided in the package. Also as all products listed on our website are single mockups for 500+ models, the actual product may differ slightly from the product shown on the mockup. Apart from delivering the best, our greatest priority is providing the best support to our customers. We’re at your disposal round the clock and we’ll do anything to get the job done ‘On Time!’. If you get any fitting or print issues with your order, WrapCart team will be happy to replace it with another one. We have noticed that some people take their concerns to social media handles in a way defamatory to WrapCart’s Brand name without discussing the same first with our team. This is highly condemned and necessary legal remedy will be sought against such action. In case of TWS & Other electronic gadgets/chargers, in case of defects, once informed our team will arrange a return pickup and refund the amount after checking the product. Please not that few tech devices like google pixel 4a are bound to loose color if you apply a skin/cover over that, in such cases we do not take any responsibility of the same.
CANCELATIONS
Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of WrapCart’s products, product’s purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact us promptly at the contact details given. You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:
- If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days (in India) from the order date.
- If www.wrapcart.com/ fails to ship the ordered products.
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged by us as soon as brought to our notice. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations as all products are custom made by us after receiving the orders. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason of minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation.
UNDELIVERED GOODS
If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
- Package refused by recipient.
Under such cases, buyer will be liable to pay INR 120 as RTO charges, that are charged by the couriers for bringing the products back to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.

REPLACEMENTS/CANCELATIONS
If you have placed an order for the wrong product and want a replacement or do not want the shipment after ordering, you will have to return the initial package to us in an unused condition. Email us with the reason of your return and add necessary images of the product and the package received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return us the entire package. There will be no replacement for packages which are returned without email confirmation. Replacement reshipping will be processed after collection of reshipping fee of Rs.120 per product (printed products and skins) which is to be borne by the customer. For Products like Laptops, MacBook's, Sleeves (devices apart from mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs.200 per product (printed products and skins) collected from the Customer to resend the correct order. Once we receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days in form of store credit or gift card only. WrapCart Customer Service Number: support@wrapcart.com. Cancellation Policy for WrapCart Non-Customized Products:
What is non customized products in WrapCart?
Non-customised products of Wrapcart refers to items that are in standard form and do not involve any personalized printing, customisation or unique manufacturing. Watch accessories, Audio Tws Covers, Cable protectors are the best examples of WrapCart’s Non-Customised Products.
Cancellation before shipment:
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via email on support@wrapcart.com with their order details. If the cancellation request is received and processed before the shipment is initiated, a full refund will be issued to the customer in form of store credit or gift card only.
Cancellation after shipment:
Please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their order.
Can customer change the product or design after placing the final order?
If the order is not shipped, customer can drop us an email on support@wrapcart.com for the change of the product size/colour or design. However, please note that we usually ship the orders within 1 working days
If the order is shipped and the customer wants to change the product size/design/colour then he/she needs to bear the cost of the courier charges (200/-) levied by the company.
Orders can be canceled only within 2 hrs of being placed, after which a cancelation fee/processing charge of 150 will be deducted.
If the customer refuse to accept the order?
If customers decide not to accept the parcel after receiving it, they will be responsible for courier charges of 200/- in total associated with the return.
These courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Replacement Policy for WrapCart Non-Customized Products (Defective Items):

If you receive a non-customized product from WrapCart that is defective or damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the defective product by contacting our customer support team.
We request that you provide a video clearly showing the defect to expedite the resolution process as soon as possible.

Reshipping of Defective Product:
Once we have reviewed the video evidence and confirmed the defect, we will reship the product to you at no additional cost.
The replacement product will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order. Please not that few tech devices like google pixel 4a are bound to loose color if you apply a skin/cover over that, in such cases we do not take any responsibility of the same.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the case of defective non-customized products, we do not offer cancellation or refunds before reshipping.

Our priority is to provide you with high-quality products, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective item. In case a product is ordered using Partial COD method, the buyer has to accept the delivery of the product. In case the buyer rejects or cancels the order, the shipping amount will be forfeited.
Return and Exchange Policy - Non Skin Wrap Products
At WrapCart, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
If you wish to return a product that is not a skin, a convenience fee of ₹120 will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the product is returned to us in proper condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging), the remaining balance will be refunded to you in the form store credit or gift card only
Refund Process : The refund will be processed in form of store credit or gift card after the product is received and inspected by our team.
Exchange Policy : If you prefer to exchange your product, the exchange will be subject to a processing fee based on the type of product. The exchange fee ranges between ₹150 and ₹250, depending on the specific item.
Exchange Process : You can exchange the product once it is returned to us in good condition. The exchanged product will be shipped to you after the exchange fee is paid, and the original product is inspected. If the product is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be issued in accordance with our store policy
