For the purpose of this policy, Accessories refer to products that are not custom printed, not personalized, and not manufactured specifically against your order. These are ready-to-ship items. If you wish to return an accessory due to personal preference (such as dislike, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product), the return request may be accepted at our discretion.
In such cases, the shipping charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from the refund amount. The approximate to-and-fro shipping charges are ₹120–₹150, depending on your location. These charges are not a profit or penalty. They are the actual logistics charges collected by the shipping company for delivering the product to you and arranging its return pickup.
The refund will be processed only after the product is received back in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact. Products that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
